§12 Minors & Age Restriction

The suerte99 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. suerte99 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the suerte99 registration and KYC process.

If suerte99 discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all wagers will be voided, and the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
